The Calligraphy Ring is an easy-to-navigate chain of linked sites on the World Wide Web that feature calligraphy. Each site is linked to the next in an unbroken ring. No matter where you start you will eventually be able to make your way around all the sites and end up back at the beginning.

If you visit a site in the ring that has a guest book or comment form, we encourage you to leave a message indicating that you found the site through the Calligraphy Ring. Your feedback is helpful to the artists who have created these sites for your enjoyment. Please let them hear from you.

New sites are being added to our ring all the time. Please, check back often. The Calligraphy Ring hopes to take you to some interesting sites.

Joining the Calligraphy Ring

If you have a site which promotes or features calligraphy of any kind, you may submit a request to be included in the original ring. All sites in the Calligraphy Ring feature calligraphy in their content.


Qualifications to be accepted into The Calligraphy Ring
The purpose of the Calligraphy Ring is to promote calligraphy on the Internet.
      1. Your site must feature calligraphy.
      2. Your site must be aesthetically pleasing (no broken graphics, etc.).
      3. You are encouraged to offer items for sale or advertise that you do work by commission. Educational content is also strongly encouraged (many people are looking for information about how to do calligraphy).
      4. The HTML code for the ring must be placed in a conspicuous location on your page. The code for your site is provided when you apply to join.
      5. The link must appear on the same page that is listed in the ring directory.
      6. No "adults only" or vulgar content is permitted.
